Du bör få din orderbekräftelse via mejl strax efter att din beställning har gjorts. Avvakta gärna ett par timmar och se om mejlet hamnat i din skräppost. Om du mot förmodan ännu inte har fått din orderbekräftelse är du välkommen att kontakta vår kundservice på info@theteacentre.se

Dessvärre kan vi inte ta emot beställningar via telefon, då vi inte får ta betalt via telefon.

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days (the withdrawal period) from the day you receive your delivery and only for accessories and other products with 25% VAT. It does not apply to food.

Once you have selected your products and proceeded to checkout, we will ask for your personal information. Here you fill in the buyer's details, but below these fields you will find the box "Deliver to another address?". If you check this box, you will be given the opportunity to fill in an alternative delivery address to which the order will be sent.

Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) on a non-holiday weekday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the next business day.

Vi erbjuder i dagsläget leverans via DHL Freight, DHL Express och PostNord.

Utlämningsställe/ombud – Sverige
Våra svenska kunder har möjlighet att få sitt paket skickat till närmsta utlämningsställe eller ombud med Postnord och DHL mot en fraktavgift på 49 SEK.

Hämta i butik – Sverige
Vi erbjuder också utlämning i vår butik på Hornsgatan 46, 118 21 Stockholm.

Internationella leveransalternativ
Internationellt erbjuder vi leverans via ombud eller hemleverans jorden runt.
Dock så kan fraktsätt och kostnad variera beroende på land och område. Vid val av land kommer de olika alternativen presenteras i kassan.

You will receive an email once your order has been packed with the shipment tracking number. Click the link in that email to view the shipping status.

For domestic orders, the package will remain in the carrier for 7 days before being returned. For international customers, the package will be returned to the carrier after 7 days.

For shipments that are returned to us due to non-collection at the agent, SEK 150 will be charged for shipping fee, return shipping and handling costs.

Under normal circumstances, we ship packages every weekday at 3:00 PM (local time).

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our normal delivery time is estimated to be between 2-3 working days. In case of high load on our part or on the part of the forwarders, the delivery time may be affected. If your delivery is delayed without us having informed you of a longer delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@theteacentre.se

Payment

1. To get to the checkout, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. This will bring up an overview of your shopping cart where you can add or remove items.

2. Click on the green button at the bottom of the shopping cart "Checkout" to proceed to our checkout.

3. Your payment process begins here. Start by filling in your personal information for your order in the fields provided. Fields with a red star are mandatory and must be completed in order to proceed with payment.

4.Please note that the country you select from these fields determines the currency your shopping cart is displayed in and the currency you will be charged in.

5. Below the last field you will find the box “Deliver to another address?” If you are buying as a gift for someone else or want to send your order to another address, check this box and see new fields loaded on the page. These fields are identical to the fields above, but indicate an alternative delivery address.

6. Here you fill in whether you want the order to be sent somewhere other than the address specified in the first fields. If the billing address and delivery address are the same, the box “Deliver to another address?” should not be checked.

7. On the page you will find your shipping options. These may vary depending on the country and/or location.

8. In order to proceed to payment, you must accept our terms and conditions. You can view these by clicking on the “terms and conditions” link.

9. Then press the green button “Proceed to payment”.

10. The checkout is updated and you are now taken to the payment. Here you are asked to fill in your name, card number, validity period and CVC code in the specified fields. Here you are also offered the option to pay by invoice with Klarna.

11. Finally, click on “Pay” to complete the purchase.

12. Your purchase is now complete. We will contact you via email when your order begins to be processed.

We accept most debit and credit cards from major card issuers such as Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Once you have confirmed the payment at checkout, our payment solution provider will perform a so-called “authentication” of the card details provided. If everything is in order, the order amount will be immediately reserved in the account to which the card is linked.

When your order is packed and shipped, the money will be deducted from your account.
