The color of the brew is pale golden red and the flavors are quite round and full-bodied, albeit quite mild.
The Yunnan province of China is best known for its earthy and powerful teas, but this is a milder white tea from the same region. The name Bai Mu Dan comes from one of China's most beautiful flowers, the white peony. The color of the brew is a pale golden red and the flavors are quite round and full-bodied, if quite mild.
For this tea, we suggest that you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while brewing time becomes longer to extract as much of the taste as possible at one and the same time.
