We are not among those who want to ruin a tradition, but sometimes it is hard to keep from being creative. Semla, fastlagsbulle or fettisdagsbulle. Whatever you call it, it is a Swedish tradition. To honor this, we have created a black tea flavored with classic flavors of semla, cream, almonds* and cardamom. A delight to enjoy with hot milk, just like a traditional hot cake.

*May contain traces of bitter almonds.

For this tea, we suggest that you try the Western brewing style. The idea behind this technique is to use fewer leaves and much more water, while brewing time becomes longer to extract as much of the taste as possible at one and the same time. A joy to enjoy with warm milk, such as a traditional hot wall.
